Thanks for working towards clarifying this. But I have considered it. I
don't know how to do VoD now without VLM support, but that didn't stop
it from getting removed. And I don't understand the sout bridge too
much, but I don't see why its setup couldn't being reimplemented in a
control module instead of the VLM.
