[vlc-devel] [PATCH] apple: build: avoid configure if already done

Hi,

Actually, it's iOS. I don't know how and how often you build
for it but I use --config-cache locally and it takes 27 seconds
with it to enable it on my machine + 10 seconds to reach the
beginin of install (which could also be optimized here, but
it's a different story). And I didn't even touch another file.

Without rerunning configure, I only have 5 seconds between
the end «nothing to do» for contribs and the beginning of
the install.

I do think that 32 seconds for each build is a huge time loss
especially when there was nothing to be rebuilt or
reconfigured.
