[vlc-devel] High CPU load

Hi,

new test broadcast enabled loop
setup test input
http://aljazeera-eng-hd-live.hls.adaptive.level3.net/aljazeera/english2/index1296.m3u8
setup test output #std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=239.192.1.100:1234}
control test play

Running this config with an invalid input increases the CPU load to above 1.
The logs don't show anything unusual and strace didn't provide any clues.

Is this intended behavior?
