Come on! Do we really care who is to blame?

It happens to every body to miss a warning, or to break the build (it happened to me last week). 

Remi, could you fix the warning, please?
 
Steve, could you remove the error on warning flag? Because, it will continue to happen. We all make mistakes, and we all missed warnings in the past. I don't see why it will change now (or maybe when we have a CI).
