[vlc-devel] [BUG] Vlc cannot play this movie properly. Works with other players

Vlc version 3.0.8 , Windows build, has issues with a movie that you can download from this drive link: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ao4pRXNsgcpfoGW2-ijg91n8Tkas?e=sHThEv

At about 00:20 it freezes or the audio dies and the video becomes messy.

I have tried playing it with PowerMediaPlayer and worked well.
