So you'd prefer a rule aside from "prebuilt" that must be run alongside 
"prebuilt" for contribs to be full usable ? I understand having code 
built when calling "prebuilt" is weird. But that's what scripts and 
users are expected to call. A newer name could be added but that means 
changing all the scripts and the wiki/whatever documentation.
