[vlc-devel] [PATCH v2 05/13] contrib: lua: built luac when using prebuilt in cross compilation

There's just one line in this patch. It's
+PKGS_PROGS += luac

At some point we need to tell the Makefile which target need to be built 
alongside prebuilt for the contribs to be fully usable. We need to do it 
in each package that needs this treatment.

So I don't see what's wrong here, as "before".
