This repository is public, and management of it or issues with it
should have a degree of publicity or at least transparency. Slinging
of accusations or wielding of blame aren't exactly an upstanding or
appealing motivation to hide them within a private discussion either. In
fact to me it would sound more like an admission of failure or inability
to do the right thing in public.
