[vlc-devel] [PATCH 3.0.x 0/4] Backport the RIST module

Hello,

I re-cloned latest 3.0 and applied only the of patches we
discussed. 

Here is the branch with the required commits:

It has no dependencies and it does not touch the core, GUI
or build system. Basically, it adds two new modules, rist
access and rist access output without touching anything
else in the tree.

Any comment? yey/nay? still counting the votes?
Backporting RIST modules with no build system or UI changes
and no newdependency sounds to me like an acceptable trade-
off, and worth it.
