I believe that throwing accusations without checking the facts is despicable. 
It's there for all to see that Andriy's patch was posted almost half a day 
after I'd already fixed the bug.

Apparently if you prefix with "I believe" you can claim whatever the heck you 
want, and it's somehow okay:
