You should do that *only* if it complements the patchset, *not* if it 
addresses issues with the patches, and absolutely not if it touches a 
completely different topic.

In this case, the identifier is the value of the Message-ID mail header field, 
e.g. CAJobZBUqJRFqHjgqYLhtkJFvyh5BU=HO5Ay_v=5DVGYJowUsNA at mail.gmail.com
