[vlc-devel] [RFC Patch v2 0/2] Rust API for VLC

Hi!
I have tried to address the issues raised in the previous version. I have
left out the test part as I am not completely sure about it. Where should
the tests be written in tests/ or in each crate separately? For running, we
need to run cargo test with a path to Cargo.toml of a crate. We can try to
add it to check as a target directly or write a script like
check_POTFILES.sh to run cargo test indirectly.
