[vlc-devel] [PATCH] help output categorisation fixes

three patches:
 - patch #1 (help_cat.patch): dates back to 2017; fixes categorisation
of help output.
 - patch #2 (df_cat.patch): moves --demux-filter to a more appropriate
category (from stream filter to demux).
 - patch #3 (help_opt_order.patch): swaps order of --help variants to
be more logical.

i have a lot of later work that builds on top of this, getting help
output using the same categorisation as preferences, which will be
submitted at some point later.
