[vlc-devel] [PATCH] build fixes

the first patch reverts recent removal of a PO entry which is causing
building to regenerate all PO files reflecting the change, resulting in
a bunch of unstaged changed files.

the others extend .gitignore files to cover additional generated source
files and test binaries such that they no longer appear under unstaged.
