[vlc-devel] [PATCH] add missing option shorttext

i managed to find the patch addressing missing shorttext in options.
attached.

all options should have shorttext for help output and preferences. it
also currently results in a null dereference crash when the plugin's
node is selected in the Qt advanced preferences tree when this is
missing. (fix for the underlying null dereference submitted separately
earlier).
