I can help after the merge to add any needed features otherwise.
I've tested the plugin as in this version, the user experience
regarding the displayed URL is not that good but it works really
well otherwise!

What I've understood is that with latest patch, the URL problem
is solved? It seems to be what the interface says but I just want
to make sure.
