two simple fixes relating to qt code looking up preference subcategory
labels.

 1. fix unwanted double translation.
 2. fix missing entries in the lookup tables.

a lot more work relating to preference categories to come later.

FYI: as discussed previously, there are issues with my ability to make
use of git send-mail. these patches are very real, but i need to
mention that i'm experimenting here with trying to use git format-patch 
followed by importing and sending the mboxes with evolution. one issue
with this is that gmail replaces the message-id so i have to send the
cover in advance so i can copy the id to the others before re-
generating and sending them. secondly, i have to remember to highlight
and select 'preformatted' on each patch email before it goes out to try
to avoid wrapping breaking things. fingers crossed this works...
