[vlc-devel] [PATCH] standardise the hidden option category "hack"

 1. "help output categorisation fixes" (Sep 17th), not yet reviewed.
 2. "small mac prefs fixes" (Sep 24th), Ok'd but not yet merged.

this standardises the "hidden" option category/subcategory "hack" of
using -1 to hide options from the GUI preferences.
