What were the reasons for previously converting those demuxers to stream
filters in the first place? Do these reasons not hold anymore, or are
not an interesting trade-off anymore, or aren't going to matter anymore
because stream filters and demuxers are going to be merged? Thanks for
your work, I'm just trying to follow; it would be nice to make a note
about it in the commit log too.
