[vlc-devel] [PATCH] mux: dummy: use vlc_fifo functions

Accesd output has always supported chains. For lack of explicit documentation, UDP and file do support it and IIRC some muxers rely on it.

(It should be better documented but that's not Alexandre's patch point.)
