[vlc-devel] [PATCH] subtitles: Add .txt as subtitle extention

Ok, so omitting was intentional. Have never encountered txt file with the
same name as video that wasn't subtitles. For me, not detecting txt was
annoying and thought other users have same feeling. Thanks for feedback!
