This is marked as Deprecated in srt 1.4.1 and not available anymore in
srt-1.4.2 source code.
It's possible to use the "Alias"  as SRTO_LATENCY, but it's also
marked as not recommended.

For some reason it doesn't fail yet on fedora rawhide.
Can you report the build flags that you are using ? And remind the gcc
version used on debian unstable ?
