[vlc-devel] Please enable the issues tab on the Git repos

Hi, please enable/allow the "Issues" or "Discussions" in the GitHub Repos
and maybe even set-up the Actions for automatic build by GitHub on a code change, at lease for the android version, even tho you already have a server for those (daily nightly builds).
