FYI, gitlab has an extensive list of command that you can do on the command box which should make you gain a lot of time.

/close
/label (and then completion to fill the right one)
/duplicate #  (this is a lot better than just closing)
/move videolan/vlc-android (respectively videolan/vlc-ios, VideoLAN.org/websites) this is very useful to move the ticket to another project, without headaches
