[vlc-devel] Romanian translation update

Hello VLC Team,

As there was not a full translation for the Romanian language, I made one.
I also posted on Gitlab my localization file, but I received no answer
until now. I would like to know if this thing is still available, or not?
Did I post my translation file in the wrong place, or the project
contributors did not have time to answer me?

Please note that my file was tested on my computer and it is fully
functional.
