[vlc-devel] wiki source code links outdated

Hi!

I wanted to take a look at the latest vlc source code and followed
https://wiki.videolan.org/VLC_Source_code/#How_to_get_VLC_media_player.27s_latest_source_tree
which says to clone from git://git.videolan.org/vlc.git or
git://git.videolan.org/vlc/vlc-3.0.git - both of which give source
code that's three years old or older.

Please update the references to the current git repository instead
(probably on other pages too,
e.g. https://wiki.videolan.org/VLC_Developers_Corner/).
