[vlc-devel] Feature request: option to disable scrolling track titles in VLC mobile

Hello VLC team,

thank you for the excellent VLC media player.

I would like to request a feature for the mobile version of VLC (Android / 
iOS):
an option to disable automatic scrolling (marquee) of long track titles in 
playlists and library views.

For many users, this scrolling is visually distracting and makes it harder 
to quickly scan playlists.
A simple setting such as:

“Disable scrolling of long track titles”
" 
or alternatively displaying truncated titles with an ellipsis (…) instead of
scrolling, would greatly improve usability and accessibility.
