Where they are gated behind a login wall, with mandatory 2FA (for me at
least), on a web platform with browser compatibility and performance issues,
that silently disables email notifications with no warning when an account
is deemed "inactive", and from which I now find myself locked out because I
apparently can't remember correctly my password and the password reset link
has decided to ghost me!

We were told that the move to Gitlab would foster contributions...
Personally I find this alienating; and finding myself simply locked out
is the cherry on top, thanks. I would try to say something constructive
about the deeper issues here, but I find myself too alienated to say
anything nice; or perhaps too alienated to care ¯\(°_o)/¯

So how do I get tech support for this, do I ask on the forums, behind
another login gate?
