[vlc-devel] [Contribs] Missing tarballs on FTP mirror (Win32)

Hello everyone,

My name is Ahmed Sobhy, and I am looking to start contributing to the VLC
project.

I am currently setting up my build environment for Win32 (building from
master). While running make fetch, the build script flagged 29 packages as
missing from the VideoLAN FTP mirror instead successfully downloaded them
from the upstream fallback sources; I wanted to share the list so the
mirror can be updated for future builds.
