[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Update Russian translation (ru.po)

Hello VideoLAN Team,

I have updated a significant portion of the Russian translation for VLC
media player.

I went through the translation file to fill in missing gaps, correct
duplicated entries, and review/fix fuzzy translations to improve clarity
and technical accuracy where possible.

I have attached the updated translation files to this email. Please review
it and merge it into the main repository.
