Is it just me, or is the LiVid project gone?

I haven't been able to get www.linuxvideo.org to load for a few months
now.  It doesn't give me any errors (usually), but it looks like it's
loading, then sits there for up to a half hour (the longest I've ever
left it) without doing anything except rendering the Netscape / Mozilla
animated logo (depending on which one I'm using).  Sometimes instead of
that, it'll stop with a "no route to host" error.

Are they officially dead, or is there something I don't know about? 
Looking up LiVid on freshmeat.net stil brings up www.linuxvideo.org as
the project's homepage...
