[News] : vlc is getting better

The VideoLAN project is not dead, but is going slightly slower than
it used to as we are, for the time being, focusing on administrative
topics, which should be very soon solved.

Recent changes have been made, which should lead to a new version :
- video bug solved (Meuuh & Polux)
- Meuuh debuged the MPEG1 decoder; the vlc is now able to read 
  MPEG1 TS streams

And more changes to come :
- new input
- new plugin bank
- alsa audio output plugin
