I have:

VideoLan:

     VideoLAN Client - version 0.2.62 Urumov - (c)1996-2000 VideoLAN
vout: video display initialized (720x576, 32/32 bpp)
     input: opening dvd:/dev/dvd
     vout: YUV acceleration activated

SYSTEM:

model name : AMD Athlon(tm) Processor
     cpu MHz : 807.207
     cache size : 256 KB
                  total used free shared buffers
     cached
     Mem: 320140 315432 4708 0 111732
     97840
     -/+ buffers/cache: 105860 214280
     Swap: 401616 99260 302356

DVD:

     CREATIVE DVD-ROM DVD6240E (6x)

VideoCard:

VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Riva TnT2 [NV5] (rev 17)
     NVIDIA_GLX-0.9-769
     NVIDIA_kernel-0.9-769

And I get crappy playback about 3-20 fps. Sometimes it will pause for 2-3 seconds
in the middle of playback, and after I've watched 20 minutes or so of the DVD, I
get nifty errors:

PES trashed - fifo full !
PES trashed - fifo full !
     Segmentation fault

I'm currently trying to figure out how to get the DXR/3 decoder card working so
maybe I'll get some decent framerates. Maybe no segfault, too.
