Compiling VLC for Mac OS X

Yeah, the Mac OS X version doesn't have encrypted DVD support yet. That
requires the kext, and it doesn't really work yet.

You can get the kext to compile in its current state by adding a comma
to the end of the line before the parse error line. But that kext won't
do anything (towards reading encrypted DVDs anyway...) unless you follow
these instructions to activate some functions in it (see
http://www.via.ecp.fr/ml/videolan/vlc-devel/200104/msg00016.html).
AFAIK, it still kernel panics before it can play the DVD in this
"enabled" state so isn't really useful.

However, I've been able to successfully play unencrypted VOB files so
the support for actually playing the file, once authenticated, is there.
Hopefully it'll all work soon (It'd be nice if we beat Apple to having
working DVDs on OS X... :-)
