cvs snapshots for vls

is it possible for me to get the tarball of the vls code, i promise that =
i will not ask any questions or support for anything which is being =
developed and is not there.
i don't have cvs access and being in the organization i cannot ask them =
to enable a cvs port for myself :( if i can just get the hold of the vls =
code, i will do whatever it takes for the setting up.
i promise i will not ask any questions on development.
