It should work (if it doesn't, then only minor modifications would be 
required) but only if the DVD from which the image was made was unencrypted.
This restriction comes from the fact that to read an encrypted disc, you need 
to communicate directly with the DVD drive (with ioctls) and obviously, you 
won't be able to do that with an image ;-)
