animation in the subtitles

Fwiw, my vlc will not display subtitles at all, on any videos. It detects
them (gives me the right choices for each DVD) but when selected, I see
nothing.

   Well, it's just a little bug... We currently draw the subtitle
directly on the picture, without worrying about the video decoder which
may be using the current picture for motion compensation, which messes
things a bit on the screen. I promise it'll be fixed soon :)
