Hi there,

I just downloaded the precompiled binarys of vlc for Mac OS X to play my
.VOB-Files. For some of the files it works great, but for some others the
app keeps crashing every time I try to invoke it. It really depends on the
file I play, as the crashing always happens with the same files. Up to now I
could not find a system tzo predict wich files vlc will play and wich not:
It does _not_ depend on file size for example. I tried ripping my DVDs with
DVD-Extractor 0.9b under Mac OS 9.2 as well as using many other ripping
utilities on my Windows-PC. When I rip a DVD to 10 .VOB-Files for Example
(e. g. a chapterwise rip), vlc will play _some_ of the ripped files but not
all of them. What am I doing wrong??

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
