Seg fault w/vlc-snapshot-20010311-12 and ts input

Also, it seems that input_ts defaults to network input on all but BEOS.
I changed it to file input and the .ts file plays.

BTW: Have you done any work on input from PC satellite cards like the
Hauppauge Nova or TechnoTrend Budget (both the same card)?
