VLAN quieries

Hi,
I downloaded the VLAN server and tried installing it  using the "make" command but I got errors while doing so. Here's a sample of the error I got....

server/server.c:35 : ucd-snmp/snmp.h: No such file or directory

server/server.c:36 : ucd-snmp/snmp_impl.h: No such file or directory

server/server.c:37: ucd-snmp/default_store.h: No such file or directory

server/server.c:38: ucd-snmp/snmp_api.h: No such file or directory

server/server.c:39 : ucd-snmp/snmp_client.h: No such file or directory

server/server.c:40 : ucd-snmp/mib.h: No such file or directory

make: *** [server/server.o] Error 1

What went wrong....???
