latest vlc!!

hi!

i'm using the latetest stable release of vlc from your homepage!
i'm playing my dvd's with vlc using Xvideo extension.

since i've installed the new vlc i have problems with 16:9 format in
fullscreen.
when i switch to fullscreen vlc cuts the picture at the left and right side!
if i try older versions i got no problems viewing this format but it's not
fast enough!!

can you help me in any way??
