RH7 install

Now the interface comes up, but I get libdvdcss error: failed opening
device.

I have the DVD in and I can see it on my desktop. Do I need special DVD
drivers and if so, how do I know if I have them installed? 

BTW, this machine is a dual-boot notebook and videolan runs great on the
Windows side...
