device dvd with macppc and vlc for Windows 2000

I re-installed everything. libdvdcss, sdl, vlc. No errors during install
this time. When I go to load disc, I get css errors and it won't play.
What do I do???

The same DVD plays with videolan in Windows on the same machine.
