What you probably have to do is write an input plug-in that can take a
VoIP stream. For the moment we only support MPEG TS and PS, and we will
probably support RTP in the future.
If you only need the video codec, it might be simpler to use libmpeg2
(http://libmpeg2.sourceforge.net/) directly.
