VLC 0.3.1 ne marche pas sur BeOS 5.03 Pro

This packages are for BeOS Dano/Exp (where vlc can have network
support). You need to disable network to compile it on BeOS 5.0.x.

A net_server compatible build should come soon (here, or at Bebits.com)
