[vlc] Re: vlc / ffmpeg /divx

 I think you should enabled the mad options! Because vlc will use mad plugin to decoding mpeg4 audio.

I've some problems to setup playing of divx movies using vlc.

That's what I've done so far:

-./configure --enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg-tree=/packages/videolan/ffmpeg

-make

Compilation and install was successful, but when I try to play a file, I get 
the following error message:

Last things means "memory error"
Same with version 0.4.6

I'm using SuSE 8.1

Any ideas ?
