You are correct, I verified it using ts2ps. I think the computer is too slow 
to process whole TS from DVB, so I took different approach.

This time I multicasted only one PS and captured it to a file using dumprpt. 
This file plays correctly using vlc, so the stream is ok.

But when I play the multicasted udp directly using vlc I get garbage.
How is this possible?

LAN
Computer 1 (linux): Multicasts single PS using dvbstream
Computer 2 (linux): Captures stream with dumprpt. file plays ok.
Computer 3 (winxp): Garbage when playing udp with vlc
