Greetings -

I inquired about the problem of chapter selection a few weeks ago
but did not hear anything (are others having the problem, is it a
	limitation now, etc).

Tonight, with the latest build out of CVS the problem seems to
have gotten worse - title and chapter selection either causes the
playback window to go away _or_ errors of the form:

thread 135981312 error: mutex_destroy failed at (null):0 (Device busy)
thread 135981056 error: mutex_destroy failed at (null):0 (Device busy)
thread 135981056 error: mutex_destroy failed at (null):0 (Device busy)
Gdk-ERROR **: Fatal IO error 9 (Bad file descriptor) on X server :0.0.

	come out.

It would appear that a bug has been introduced since the last
official release with respect to chapter/title selection.
