Well, the client will be running on Windows,
which isn't open-source either. So, hey, forget
about Windows - it's only 95% of the computers
out there.  And Internet Explorer is just 90%
of the browsers.  And that video board, Hauppauge
won't release video information, so throw that
card out. Etc., etc., etc.
