ioctl_ReadCopyright problem in vlc 0.2.91

Does nobody know what this error message means?


libdvdcss error: css error: ioctl_ReadCopyright failed, make sure there 
is a DVD in the drive, and that DVD ioctls were compiled in this 
libdvdcss version
libdvdcss error: CSS test failed
input: playlist item `dvd:/dev/dvd'


I tried again withthe latest version of libdvdcss (V1.0.0) and even 
built a 2.2.20 kernel, but still get the error.
